2024 & THAT'S A WRAP!

As 2024 wraps up, we're reflecting on a year of creativity, growth, & achievement. It's been filled with exciting projects, rewarding collaborations,

& milestones worth celebrating, & we would like to share just a few projects!

Thank you for your continued support, especially to our amazing clients & the dedicated teams—from contractors to seamstresses to fabricators—

who bring these projects to life!

Raised Center Hall Home

This New Orleans residence beautifully merges historic charm with contemporary functionality. We preserved the original chimney, windows, and detailed cornices to honor the home’s past while adding a carefully designed expansion. The exterior restoration celebrates the architectural heritage of the neighborhood, and with interiors by Melissa Rufty soon to follow, this home is a perfect blend of traditional and modern living.

Beachfront Residence

On the Mississippi Gulf Coast, this stunning new home is taking shape with a design that blends timeless forms and modern innovation. Expansive communal spaces with soaring ceilings provide a welcoming heart for gatherings, while intimate private areas offer tranquility. The cantilevered roof, a bold architectural feature, creates a seamless connection between the indoors and the expansive outdoor porch. With the slab and framework complete, this home is well on its way to becoming a coastal haven.

Uptown Residence

Building on the success of a sunroom addition completed years ago, we were thrilled to return to revamp the second floor and living room of this elegant home. The design complements the home’s architecture while introducing modern comforts, with layered textures and thoughtful materials creating an inviting retreat. These newly completed interiors reflect the perfect balance of timeless style and relaxed luxury.

New Orleans Auction Galleries

The New Orleans Auction Gallery, located in the historic Warehouse District, occupies a masonry building originally constructed around 1908 as a distillery. Years of termite damage and environmental stresses necessitated a comprehensive restoration, including structural steel stabilization, window replacement, and meticulous paint removal from the brick surfaces.

The project, completed in partnership with Perrier Esquire, also secured Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits in collaboration with Guarisco, Cordes & Lala.

Atelier Design and Perrier Esquire received the Industry Award in Preservation and Restoration for this project. Read the article here.

Garden District Greek Revival

For this project, we embraced a mix of traditional and modern elements to craft a home full of depth and character. Layering textures brought contrast and balance, making the space feel dynamic yet inviting. From tactile finishes to carefully curated details, the design creates an environment that is both effortlessly chic and timelessly elegant.
