The Beacon: Project

Located in New Orleans Central Business District, The Beacon is a mixed-use residence with an active commercial ground floor level. On the ground floor, the facade breaks to allow entrance to a quiet oasis from the busy street. The stairs bring pedestrians up to a stepped park space that frames the sky.
