Baronne + Julia

Located on the corner of Baronne and Julia Street, this multi-use project provides an intimate and adaptive workspace and chic living space upstairs.

 

The office space welcomes customers into the space while providing naturally lit meeting space and office space for employees. The pops of colors sprinkled throughout the space are in contrast with the existing brick and rafters creating the perfect marriage of modern and traditional that shines in these old New Orleans spaces.

 

The living unit celebrates the attic ceiling line and the original brick walls while continuing to bring a modern touch throughout the experience.
