In collaboration with Eskew+Dumez+Ripple
930 Poydras is a 21-floor residential tower in downtown New Orleans. The project is driven by sustainable choices and integrating with the dense and traditional architecture of New Orleans. There is a focus on gathering spaces within the project both interior and exterior.
